Metro is committed to ensuring the appropriate use of social media in and outside the workplace to protect our employee’s wellbeing and Metro’s reputation. To ensure this, employees, contractors and the public should understand and follow our social media guidelines. We don’t respond to individual comments or direct messages on our social media accounts. If you have an issue to report, please contact our customer feedback team. We welcome all comments, positive or negative. However, Metro does not tolerate abusive language or conduct on our social media pages. Metro will moderate content that is aggressive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or considered spam. Any comment that falls into the categories above will be removed and the user may be blocked from our page.

X (formerly Twitter)

Follow Metro’s X handle @metrotrains to find out the latest travel information on our network. We use X to communicate disruption information and details about events and issues that are happening on our railway network.
