Reconciliation at Metro

Metro is committed to strengthening relationships

We acknowledge there is still much progress to be made.

That is why our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), and its deliverables are so important.
Metro’s RAP is our strategic framework for supporting reconciliation. It focuses on employment and procurement opportunities, community partnerships, and respect and recognition activities.
Metro first formalised its commitment to reconciliation in July 2019 by launching its first RAP, signalling a more considered and deliberate reconciliation effort. A second RAP was released in 2022 as Metro continues its commitment to promoting and supporting First Nations culture and relationships.
