Mobility Aids

When selecting a mobility aid it’s valuable to consider PTV’s specifications. In the event of disruptions, not all bus and coach services are accessible. If your journey is impacted we will make alternative travel arrangements for you, as long as your mobility aid meets the dimension requirements and can be safely secured in an alternative mode of transport.

For further information on mobility aid specifications visit Mobility aid specifications – Public Transport Victoria (ptv.vic.gov.au)
If there are planned disruptions impacting your journey and you would like to discuss your needs prior to travel, please call 1800 800 007 (6am-midnight).

Travelling on Metro Trains Visual Story
