We’re running extra trains to get footy fans to, and home from, the Tigers v Roos game at Etihad.

Before the game there are extra services to Southern Cross from:
Dandenong, departing 6.25pm, express Caulfield to South Yarra
Mordialloc, departing  6.20pm
Sunbury, departing 6.36pm

Trains depart Southern Cross after the game ends, as follows:

Upper Ferntree Gully, departing Platform 10 at 10.46pm
Glen Waverley, departing Platform 10 at 10.42pm
Pakenham, departing Platform 12 at 10.45pm
Frankston, departing Platform 13 at 10.44pm
Sandringham, departing Platform 13 at 10.50pm
South Morang, departing Platform 9 at 10.42pm
Eltham, departing Platform 9 at 10.36pm
Sunbury, departing Platform 12 at 10.39pm

Sunbury customers please note: the 10.58pm Watergardens service from Flinders Street has been extended to operate to Sunbury.

We’re running extra trains to get fans to and home from the Hawks v Blues match at the MCG.

Before the game, extra services to Jolimont will depart:
South Morang departing 3:26pm, stopping all stations
Greensborough, departing 3.40pm

Before the game, additional trains will run to Richmond from:
Syndal, departing 3.38pm, stopping all stations
Sandringham departing 3:58pm, stopping all stations
Sunbury departing 3:31pm, stopping all stations

After the game, the following extra services will depart Jolimont:
Greensborough departing platform 2 at 7.37pm
South Morang departing platform 2 at 7.33pm

After the game, the following extra services will depart Richmond:
Upper Ferntree Gully departing platform 9/10 at 7.40pm
Glen Waverley, departing platform 9/10 at 7.34pm
Pakenham departing platform 6 at 7.32pm
Moorabbin departing platform 4 at 7.37pm, please note buses are replacing trains between Moorabbin and Frankston during this time.
Sandringham departing platform 2 at 7.46pm
Sunbury departing platform 1 at 7.31pm
