Sandringham (Major Delays) –

Trains are resuming between South Yarra and Elsternwick with delays up to 20 minutes and clearing after a person was hit by a train earlier this morning.

First trains to resume will be:

• The 9:15am Sandringham to Flinders Street service.
• The 9:25am Richmond to Sandringham service.
