Hughesdale Station closure

Key Information

Saturday 14 October 2017 - Sunday 30 September 2018

While works take place as part of the Caulfield to Dandenong Level Crossing Removal Project, Hughesdale Station is temporarily closed, reopening in late 2018.

During this time trains will run express through the closed station, with buses replacing trains between Murrumbeena and Oakleigh stations.

Please note that this may increase your journey by up to 15 minutes.

Exit Murrumbeena Station on to Neerim Road and turn left. Proceed to the Metro designated bus stop, located next to laneway.  
Hughesdale

Hughesdale Station is closed until late-2018. From the level crossing proceed approx. 50m south on Poath Road to the bus stop in front of 96A Poath Road. Hughesdale Station is closed until late-2018. From the level crossing proceed approx. 50m north on Poath Road to the bus stop in front of 79 Poath Road.
Hughesdale

Hughesdale Station is closed until late-2018. From the level crossing proceed approx. 110m south on Poath Road to the bus stop in front of 112-118 Poath Road (near the corner of Arthur Street). Hughesdale Station is closed until late-2018. From the level crossing proceed approx. 50m south on Poath Road to the bus stop in front of 97-99 Poath Road.
Oakleigh

  Haughton Road
  Exit Oakleigh Station, via ramp and turn left at underpass, on to Haughton Road. Turn right and proceed to shuttle bus stop.

Please note in accordance with the Victorian Fares & Ticketing Manual 2017, bicycles, surfboards and dogs are not permitted to travel on buses. An exception exists for guide dogs, hearing guide dogs, guide dogs in training, animals identified by an Assistance Animal Pass and small animals if they are suitably contained.
