Friday 30 July - Free travel on public transport

Travel on Metro (and tram and metropolitan bus) will be free on Friday 30 July. Yearly, monthly and weekly ticket holders will be able to apply for a free daily ticket as compensation for the disruptions that occured on Tuesday 27 July.  Please complete one of the following forms to claim:

Our performance thresholds are to run at least 98 percent of trains each month and for more than 88 per cent of these services to be punctual. For our June performance, eligible customers may claim compensation of two daily tickets  for the equivalent zone/s.*
