Melbourne Central Station will be affected by escalator works from Monday 25 July through to December 2022.

• Due to escalator installation works, there will be temporary closures to the single running escalator to platforms 1-2 from the Swanston Street concourse.
• Please use the alternative escalators on the concourse for platform access
• Passengers can expect reduced space on platforms 1-2 during this time.
