-Platform 1 is only accessible via a pedestrian overpass

-If passengers with accessibility requirements cannot use the stairs (including people with prams and shopping carts), a wheelchair accessible taxi is available.
-The taxi is located on the corner of Dowd Place and Post Office Place, and operates between 6am and 10pm each day to Oak Park Station.

-Customer service staff are available to assist at Glenroy Station from first to last service each day.

Between Craigieburn and Jacana stations

-Passengers with accessibility requirements who cannot use the stairs (including people with prams and shopping carts) should change at Oak Park Station and catch a train from Platform 2 (from City) to connect to Glenroy Station.
