Passengers travelling to stations beyond Mordialloc are advised to catch a Sandringham train from Flinders Street Station to Sandringham and change to a replacement bus to Mordialloc, which then stops all stations to Frankston.

Passengers travelling to Glenhuntly, Ormond, McKinnon, Bentleigh, Patterson, Moorabbin, Highett, Southland, Cheltenham, Mentone, Parkdale and Mordialloc stations are advised to catch a Belgrave, Lilydale, Alamein or Glen Waverley Line train from Flinders Street Station to Burnley Station and change to an Express bus to Caulfield. Passengers can then resume their journey by train.

Passengers travelling to Hawksburn, Toorak, Armadale and Malvern stations are advised to catch a Sandringham Line train from Flinders Street to South Yarra and change to a stopping all stations bus.
