On the Bus Competition: Terms & Conditions

By submitting an entry into the On the Bus competition you are giving your consent to the Terms and Conditions set forth by the Level Crossing Removal Project. Personal information will only be used to contact competition winners. Personal information is subject to the Metro Trains Privacy Policy. Visit levelcrossings.vic.gov.au for terms and conditions.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (FRANKSTON LINE)

  1. There is no entry fee for this competition.
  2. The competition is open to current residents of Victoria only. Identification of this will be required in order for prizes to be issued.
  3. Only one entry per person will be allowed during each weekly competition.
  4. Entry to the competition:
    1. is made via the prize box at Caulfield and Moorabbin stations, and
    2. will close weekly at 4:00pm each Sunday.
  5. Five winners will be drawn at random at 1:00pm on the Monday following the close of each weekly competition.
  6. Each winner will receive one of the nominated prizes each week.
  7. Winners will be notified via their nominated contact details provided on the entry form, and may be announced on Twitter and Facebook.
  8. Employees, contractors and suppliers of the Level Crossing Removal Authority are not eligible to enter this competition.
  9. Validity of entries is at the sole discretion of the Level Crossing Removal Authority.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (BELGRAVE/LILYDALE LINE)

  1. There is no entry fee for this competition.
  2. The competition is open to current residents of Victoria only. Identification of this will be required in order for prizes to be issued.
  3. Only one entry per person will be allowed.
  4. Entry to the competition:
    1. is made via the prize box at Box Hill and Blackburn stations, and
    2. will close at 6:00pm Friday 8 July.
  5. Five winners will be drawn at random at 1:00pm on Saturday 9 July 2016.
  6. Each winner will receive one of the nominated prizes.
  7. Winners will be notified via their nominated contact details provided on the entry form, and may be announced on Twitter and Facebook.
  8. Employees, contractors and suppliers of the Level Crossing Removal Authority are not eligible to enter this competition.
  9. Validity of entries is at the sole discretion of the Level Crossing Removal Authority.
