November 2016 performance results

Metro has delivered 98.8 per cent of all train services for the month of November, 91.1 per cent of which ran on time.
Our performance thresholds are to run at least 98 per cent of trains each month and for 88 per cent or more of these services to be punctual. If our service delivery or punctuality falls below threshold, we will provide compensation to eligible customers. Our performance for November 2016 exceeds the targets, so no compensation can be claimed.
