Temporary closure of Footscray station's Irving Street car park

Due to various upgrade works taking place at Footscray station, customers are advised that a section of the Irving Street car park will be temporarily shut this weekend.  

The infrastructure works, which are a part of the Regional Rail Link project,  will close a section of the car park to customers from approximately 9pm Saturday 22 September - 4am Monday 24 September.

The use of these car spaces will allow infrastructure teams to safely access the rail corridor with machinery and construction equipment.  

There is alternative car parking for customers in Hyde Street and also in the main Irving Street car park.  All changes will be clearly signposted and for your safety please observe traffic signage whilst driving around this area.
