To enable reconstruction of the station platforms, the Station Street car park at Ringwood will be closed from 10 June to August 2015.  Update: Please note, due to recent adverse weather conditions, some aspects of construction works have been delayed.  The construction works still in progress require ongoing access to the station platforms via the station car park and these works have been extended, impacting the car park until the end of October.

> Disability Permit parking will remain open in the Station Street car park. Show your parking permit for access.
> Alternative parking is available on Maroondah Highway, just east of Warrandyte Road and in designated spaces in the Costco car park on level 2, enter via Market Street, Ringwood.
> The station car park on Thanet Court will remain open.

We apologise for any inconvenience while we undertake these important works.

We will endeavour to minimise the amount of time required for night works.

These track works are expected to be completed by 6am Monday 7 September 2015.

How will this affect me?

Due to the nature of the works, including the use of heavy machinery, including excavators and trucks, medium – high level construction noise may be heard. Where required, audible track safety measures may also be deployed to warn train drivers of work taking place on the line ahead.

To minimise construction impacts, Metro Trains and its contractors will aim to reduce excessive noise and will make every effort to minimise disturbance to residents.

While we will make every effort to complete works within these time frames, some activities may need to be rescheduled in the event of bad weather or other unavoidable circumstances.

We thank you in advance for your understanding during these works.
