LEVEL CROSSING REMOVAL WORKS: FRANKSTON LINE

Construction is ramping up this winter to remove three dangerous level crossings on the Frankston Line.

During this time, buses will replace trains on sections of the affected train lines while major construction is carried out. A range of different replacement buses will be operating, including limited express and stopping all station services, to help make your journey as direct as possible. Customers should allow extra travel time during this period.

Some nights and weekend road closures will be required at the level crossings, with local bus diversions in place when necessary.
