Melbourne's north, including the areas around South Morang and Plenty Valley, is booming. To serve this area, the Epping line will be duplicated from Keon Park to Epping and extended to South Morang. When completed, the South Morang Rail Extension Project will improve access to public transport services for communities in Melbourne's north.
