Beach towels and boards shorts are a common sight at the end of the Sandringham line, but many prefer to bring only an empty stomach and a credit card. If you're starving, you won't have to wait long; just across from the station there are excellent menus at Limoncello and the Boathouse Cafe. Or venture up to the Sandrignham Hotel and find out why the locals rave about the salt and pepper calamari.
Fro those in need of some retail therapy there are all manner of curious at No Place Like home, while at Cuppa Cottage you'll find an exhaustive assortment of tea making desirables. Then let the pull of the ocean take you all the way to the appropriately named Picnic Point and while away a few hours. Or head to Sandringham's famed Yacht Club to watch the sun set over the marina.
