The safety and security of people accessing Metro property for the purposes of photography and filming is critically important. All people seeking to gain access to Metro property must apply for a valid permit. This permit must be produced upon request by a Metro employee.
Rail enthusiasts and amateur photographers are permitted to access the public areas of Metro property for the purposes of filming / photographing trains or train stations. Some restrictions apply regarding access to certain stations.

The safety and security of people accessing Metro property for the purposes of photography and filming is critically important.Metro’s duty of care determines commercial and student film production crews and photographers must complete an Access Application plus be accompanied and supervised by a Metro employee (or delegate) when on-site.
The Producer / Director must apply for a valid permit and this permit must be produced upon request by a Metro employee. Some restrictions apply regarding access to certain stations.
