Bringing Stations to Life

Bringing Stations to Life will turn train stations into hubs of community activity.

Metro aims to return train stations to the community through smart utilisation of land and introducing a wider array of services.

The redevelopment of Caulfield Station is the first Bringing Stations to Life project to be undertaken by Metro.

This multi-million dollar development will see Caulfield Station transformed with train, tram and bus services closely integrated and a new sustainable station design developed to capture the benefits of renewable energy and water recycling.

Further extension of retail facilities will be undertaken and new services introduced to create a vibrant community spirit which captures the essence of modern-day thinking with the charm of a heritage train station.
