As a member of the customer service team at Metro you will assist customers reach their destinations on time and safely by assisting with ticketing, timetable and tourist information.To succeed in securing a role with Metro you will need to be a good communicator who is flexible, level headed and someone enjoys working as part of a team. Mon-Sun (rotating 20-30hrs)
These customer service positions are can be found across the metropolitan train network or in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
If successful in this role you would be required to be fully flexible, working shifts across a 7 day roster, between 20 to 30 hours per week. Commencing prior to the first train and rostered to finish between 10pm and 11 pm, rosters are derived based on business requirements. Should you be rostered to work weekends and public holidays you will be rewarded with penalty rates of pay.
