Customer Service Manager

Leads Metro’s Station Management team in all aspects of customer service delivery, presentation, customer safety and ticket revenue maximisation.

Station Master

Be responsible for the operation of a designated station - deploy station staff, manage station infrastructure and make sure all changes to train services are communicated.

Authorised Officer

Be part of a mobile team providing a professional and friendly presence out on the network helping customers get where they need to go.

Community Education Officer

Get out into the community to raise rail safety awareness through the development and presentation of education programs to schools, community groups and other stakeholders.

Station Officer

Receive hands-on experience keeping things running at our Premium Stations, managing ticket sales, making station announcements and helping customers.
