Mon-Fri (mornings only - 20hrs per week)
Located in various metropolitan areas across Melbourne, this role is focused on Customer Service. Working Monday - Friday, commencing between 6am and 7am and completing a 4-hour shift you will cater to the needs of our customers during the morning peak hours.
Mon-Fri (mornings and afternoon peak - 20hrs per week)
Located predominantly in the CBD, this role is focused on Customer Service and ensuring the on time running of trains by managing the movement of passengers on your designated platform.
To succeed in this role you will be outgoing, confident and willing to make announcements over the public address system. Working Monday - Friday, commencing at either 6am, 7am or 3pm and completing a 4-hour shift you will cater to the needs of our customers during the peak hours. Mon-Fri (rotating 20-30hrs)
These customer service positions are can be found across the metropolitan train network or in the heart of Melbourne's CBD.
If successful in this role you would be required to be fully flexible, working shifts across a 7 day roster, between 20 to 30 hours per week. Commencing prior to the first train and rostered to finish between 10pm and 11 pm, rosters are derived based on business requirements. Should you be rostered to work weekends and public holidays you will be rewarded with penalty rates of pay.
